Human-Oriented View of Scientific Development and the Mass Line

本文认为,作为科学发展观重要内容的以人为本,与党的群众路线具有内在的不可分割的联系:以人为本与群众路线是一脉相承的;提出以人为本是遵循群众路线得出的必然结论;以人为本赋予群众路线以鲜明的时代内涵;坚持走群众路线是全面贯彻落实以人为本的必由之路。

The author of this paper believes the essential part of the view of scientific development- - -humanoriented, is closely associated with the Party＇ s Mass line. Anthropocentrism and the Mass line can be traced to the same origin. Human-oriented view is an inevitable outcome of following the Mass Line and endows the Mass Line with distinct connotations of the age. Adhering to the Mass Line is the only way to implement Anthropocentrism thoroughly.
