The liaison men's job-hopping in travel agency bring some disadvantage effect to enterprise. We should change the system of enterprise, build good enterprise culture, strengthen the train of staff, pay attention to manage making people the center, set up mechanism which talented person can be inspirited and flowed, establish the enterprise brand, perfect the correlative system, promote the trade developing healthily.
