摘要
BL-甲醛消纳剂用于解决脲醛胶人造板的甲醛释放问题。本研究通过对二者配伍使用时的固化特性进行考察,发现BL-甲醛消纳剂会延长脲醛胶的固化时间,进而对板材的质量产生负面影响。通过改进调胶工艺,调整固化剂类型与用量,可以有效解决此问题。
BL-formaldehyde absorptive reagent is used to solve the formaldehyde emission problem of wood-based panels, The research investigated the curing character of the UF resin applied in combination with BL-formaldehyde absorptive reagent. The result showed that the BL-formaldehyde absorptive reagent prolonged the curing time of UF resin and hence exerted a negative effect on panel quality. Properly adjusting the process of adhesive mixing, modifying the type and dosage of the euring agent eould sueeessfully solve this problem.
