摘要
应用三维光弹性法对某加氢反应器(正常筒)在常温条件下进行了分析,证明了封头处几何尺寸的变化对反应器筒壁内应力分布影响明显,给出了筒体轴向等色线图、等倾线图及不同横截面上的应力分布,为进一步的断裂分析提供了数据。
To give a stress analysis to the hydrogenation reactor under normal temperature.The experiments show that the variation of the seal head's geometric dimension has much to do with the stress distribution of the reactor's internal wall. This gives the axial more pattern and the isochromatic fringe pattern of the cylinder, and stress distribution of different axial section.It provides data for further fracture analysis.
