摘要
采用八节点等参轴对称单元法分析了某加氢反应器在4种温度工况下的静应力和温度应力的分布,对几何形状比较复杂、无法直接应用理论公式的封头部位,进行了模型简化,得出了该处特殊点的环向应力值。在工作状态下,对反应器上部裂纹的成因进行了大量的计算,指出了超温、加冷氢是筒体产生裂纹并迅速扩展的一个主要原因。
Eight-point equal parameter shaft symmetrical unit method is used to analyse the distribution of static stress and temperature stress of a hydrogenation reactor at four different temperatures. The sealing head whose shape is complex is simplified. The circle stress magnitude at this particular point is gained. At working state, the main cause of the spherical thick-wall cylinder's upside crack is calculated and studied. We concluded that what leads to the thick-wall cylinder cracks which rapidly extend is ultrahigh temperature and frozen hydrogenating.
