摘要
根据加氢反应筒腐蚀破坏后的检查结果,结合该反应筒的工作条件,进行了深入的研究和分析,认为反应筒在高温、高压含氢介质中的腐蚀破坏原因是氢腐蚀。反应筒运行过程中出现的超温和激冷的非正常操作是造成加速破坏的直接原因。
According to the check results of a damaged reactor,together with consideration of its working condition, the reactor's corrosion mechanism and damage factors have been analysed. It was concluded that the main reason that caused the reactor being damaged at high temperature and in high hydrogen pressure environment is hydrogenation corrosion.The unusual operations, namely over-temperature and chill are the direct causes of reactor damage.
