摘要 阐述了两段炉气化原理和干馏段设计的特点,通过计算分析得出单纯内热式与内外并热式两段炉的差别。两段炉的适用条件取决于原料煤种、用户对煤气的质量要求以及环境保护的要求等因素。对于两段炉的性能评价,一是性能参数,二是干馏段下方提取出的半焦的工业分析数据,三是两段气化工艺整体系统的综合性能,应该达到设备配套合理、酚水浓缩无排放、能源利用率高的效果。 Expound a special feature of two stage coal gasification and the distillation design. Analysis a difference of the single inter heating style and the inter/outer heating style two stage gasifier. The useable conditions of a two stage gasifier is depend on the type of coal being used / the quality demand of the gas for user and the environmental protection. For the performance appraising to a two stage agsifier : 1) the performance data 2) the industrial analysis of the semi- cock picked up from bottom of a distillation zone. 3) a good comprehensive performance of a two stage gasification system should be that equipments choice is reasonable / the phenolic water is concentrated and no discharged / the efficiency of energy being used is higher.
