阐述了两段炉气化原理和干馏段设计的特点,通过计算分析得出单纯内热式与内外并热式两段炉的差别。两段炉的适用条件取决于原料煤种、用户对煤气的质量要求以及环境保护的要求等因素。对于两段炉的性能评价,一是性能参数,二是干馏段下方提取出的半焦的工业分析数据,三是两段气化工艺整体系统的综合性能,应该达到设备配套合理、酚水浓缩无排放、能源利用率高的效果。
