决策网络计划中的方案决策问题研究

Research on Blue Print Decision of Decision Network Planning

研究了方案决策时应考虑的6个主要因素,由此引入模糊综合评判决策方法来进行方案决策,并通过演算进一步介绍模糊综合评判决策方法在方案决策中的应用,在演算中分析了4个算子的优劣,最后用Borda数方法对演算结果进行了验证。

Blue print decision is the common problem of decision network planning .The paper studied the six impactive factors of blue print decision and the application of fuzzy synthetic judgment to the blue print decision of network planning. The characteristic of four arithmetic operators was analyzed in the example. The paper adopted the method of Borda to check the result of the example.
