摘要
就业主在建设工程招标阶段编制招标文件、投标报价评审、施工合同签订三个关键环节如何对工程造价进行有效控制进行了分析,并提出了具体建议和实施方法。
This article mainly analyzed how proprietor can control the cost of project effectively at the period of tenders, while preparing the bidding documents, assessing tenders , creating the engineering and construction contract. In this article ,the author also put forward some specific suggestions and practical methods.
