摘要
对非理想E类零电流开关整流电路进行了时域分析,所用的整流电路模型包含了二极管导通电阻,阀值电压和滤波电容;导出了决定电路工作状态的方程,给出了减小非理想元件影响的数值解.
This paper presents a time-domain analysis of nonideal class E Zero-currentswitching rectifier.The rectifier model used includes the″on-″resistance and the threshold voltage of the diode,and includes the filter capacitor,too.Equations governing circuit operation are derived. Numerical solutions reducing the influence of nonideal elements are provided.
