湖南省城市职能体系优化研究

Optimum Study on the Urban Function System of Hunan Province

从三次产业构成和工业内部结构的角度分析了湖南省城市职能体系，认为湖南省大多数城市的经济层次偏低，结构雷同化严重，城市工业结构重型化，因而制约了城市综合效益的发挥．湖南城市的发展应因地制宜，发挥各自的优势和特长，注重集聚效益和职能互补，扩大资源的加工深度，大力发展第三产业和高技术产业，从而形成主次分明、结构合理的高效益的城市职能体系．

Based,on the classification into primary,secondary and tertiary industries and interindustry structure,the urban function system of Hunan Province is analysed in this paper.The economic developing levels of most cities of Hunan Province are on the low side and the cities’industrial structure is duplicate to a certain extent so that urban composite economic results being restricted. The development of Hunan’s cities should be suiting local needs and making full use of favorable conditions,paying attention to increasing return to urban scale and replenishing urban functions each other and enlarging the depth of the province’s resources.In the same time the cities’terfiary industry should be emphatically devloped as well.It is necessary to built urban function system of being clear in primary and secondary respects and being reasonable in its structure and being efficient.
