摘要
在西双版纳东南部勐仑自然保护区热带森林系统的九个代表不同生境的样区中,于1992年2月至4月旱季,从其土壤中分离到16个属的小型真菌,其中优势菌属14个,共535个菌株统计单位.以香农指数为山地小型真菌群落多样性指标,对九个样区的山地小型真菌多样性进行对比.用相对离散度(η)度各优势种数目分布的均匀性,用平均度指数(E)比较优势种平均度.结果表明热带森林系统中原生植被和保存较好的次生植被下山地小型真菌生物多样性指数较高,优势种数量分布集中,分布较均匀.
in nine selected areas of the tropical forest ecosystem of Mon-Rung Nature Conservation station of Xishuangbanna in Yunnan, during the drought season from February to April, 1992, 16 genera of the small mountaineous fungi have been isolated from the soil of nine selected areas through adopting the taxonomic. 535 strains statistics unitbelong to 14 dominant fungi genera. The diversities of the small fungi communities werecompared which based on the Shannon index of the small fungi community. The Evennessand the Coefficient of Varation were adopted to analys the distribution of the dominantgenera. The results show that the Shannon indexes of the small mountaineous Fungi arehigh and the distribution of the dominant fungi is even in those selcted areas where the primary vegetation and the secondary vegetation are in an advantageous postition in the tropical forest ecosystem.
