摘要
能否对销售人员进行全面、客观、公正的绩效考核,直接决定企业经济效益的好坏。针对当前我国销售人员绩效考核机制中存在的问题,采用532绩效考核模型,并辅之以定性考核指标,从而真实评价销售人员的业绩与素质,充分调动其积极性。
Evaluating the performance of the sales force comprehensively, objectively and justly, determines the quality of enterprise' s economic benefits directly. Adopting 532 performance evaluation model, together with other indexes, we can truly evaluate the achievement and quality of the sales force, fully arouse their enthusiasm.
