摘要
本文利用X射线衍射方法,讨论了PAN基碳纤维的微观结构及微观结构随热处理温度的变化关系.指出PAN基碳纤维由乱层石墨和单层碳原子面双相构成,同时进一步给出了结构参数La、LeL(002),及微晶择优取向度W随热处理温度的变化规律.
It is discussed that the microstructure and the effect of heat-treatment temperature on microstructure on PAN-based carbon fibre using X-ray diffraction method in the present work. It is concludes that PAN-based carbon fibres consist of turbostratic carbon and single graphite-like plane .and it is given that La.Le .L002and Wchange relations with heat-treatment temperature.
