摘要
本文讨论素变数三角和的均值估计问题，把Ｗｏｌｋｅ及刘建亚的结果推广于非线性指数和，从而得到了文中所给的定理．
In this paper the author discusses the problem of the Mean-Value estimate of trigonometric sums with Prime Variables,and generalize the known result to nonlinear exponential sum with wolke'S and liu's result which is the main theorem given in paper.
