The Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Hypha Growth and Fruitbody Yield of Pleurotus Ostreatus

本文报道了２个使用时期、５种植物生长调节剂对平菇菌丝生长和产量的影响．试验结果表明，使用生长调节剂可促进平菇菌丝生长和子实体发育，提高菇体产量．在所测试的各种生长调节剂中，以三十烷醇效果最佳，其余几种生长调节剂也可较大幅度地增产．在２个不同的使用时期内，又以现蕾期喷洒效果最佳。

The effects of five growth regulators and two periods of using growth regulators on thehypha growth and fruitbody yield of Pleurotus ostreatus were reported. The results showed that the hypha growth and the fruitbody development of Pleurotus ostreatus could be promoted and the fruitbody yields could be raised using growth regulators. The triacontanol was found to be the best one among 5 growth regulators. It made the hypha grow fast significantly, The other growth regulators could also increase fruitbody yield in larger scale.
