不同应激反应对德系长毛兔血清铜锌含量的影响

Variation of Serum Copper and Zinc at Stress in Rabbits

本文观察了３种应激反应对德系长毛免血清铜和锌含量的影响，发现应激后各试验组的血清铜、锌值与应激前相比均有显著的变化，与正常情况下血清铜、锌的昼夜变化规律不同，且各组血清铜、锌的变化无一定的规式．提示应激状态下血清铜、锌的反应并非为锌值降低、铜值升高的非特异性反应；这与机体参与应激反应的内分泌活动存在差异有关．

The effects of three stresses on serum copper and zinc was observed in 29 long-hair rabbits of West Germany stran,which had been divided into three groups. Experimental results indicate that the serum copper and zinc levels in these stress groups have remarkable variation compared with the control group respectively. These variations differ from diurnal ones of serum copper and zinc levels in normal circumstance. Furthermore,the variation of each group of serum copper and zinc levels have not a definite regulation. It hints,the response of serum copper and zinc levels in stress state are not necessarily the same as the regular one that serum zinc level drops and serum copper level rises. There are differences among the endocrine activities that living bodys respond to stress.
