摘要
以青岛汽轮机厂12MW双抽式汽轮机为例,介绍了一种先进可靠的汽轮机监测与模糊控制系统。本系统具有操作方便、稳定可靠等特点。监测系统具有良好的人机界面和强大的数据处理功能。模糊控制系统采用MOORE表(MYCRO352单回路数字式控制器),通过组态软件完成了对蒸汽母管压力的模糊控制,具有良好的鲁棒性,成功地解决了常规PID控制对于复杂多变、非线性、大延迟系统控制效果不佳。
A 12 MW steam turbine of Qingdao steam turbine factory was taken as an example of a kind of advanced and reliable computer monitoring and fuzzy control systems for steam turbines. The system has great convenience and stability in operation. Computer monitoring part is powerful for person machine conversation and data handling. The fuzzy control part, which adopts MYCRO 352 single loop digital controller, by configure the function block, possesses better robust character and successfully solves the problems of bad control effect and severe over control of usual PID control to the complex, nonlinear, great delay systems.
