倒刺鲃鱼苗耗氧率与窒息点的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对两种规格的倒刺钯(Spinibarbus denticulatus)鱼苗在两种水温条件下进行耗氧率与窒息点测定,结果表明:平均体重(3.53±0.10)g的倒刺钯鱼苗在水温27.3~28.3℃和30.O~31.0℃时耗氧率分别为0.3577mg/(g·h)和0.3199mg/(g·h),窒息点分别为0.3270mg/L和0.3131mg/L;平均体重(7.62±0.11)g的倒刺喜巴鱼种在水温27.3~28.3℃和30.0~31.0℃耗氧率分别为0.2819mg/(g·h)和0.3009mg/(g·h),窒息点分别为0.3659mg/L和0.4784mg/L。倒刺钯鱼苗的耗氧率昼夜变化不明显,随着鱼体重的增加而降低,而窒息点则随体重的增加而增加。 The oxygen consumption rate(OCR) and asphyxiation point (AP) of two sizes fingerling of Spinibarbus denticulatus were studies in two different temperatures. The results showed that the OCRand AP of fingerling with average Body Weigh(BW) 3.53(±0.10) g and 7.62(±0.11)g were 0. 357 7 mg/(g · h) and 0. 327 0 mg/L,0. 281 9 mg/(g · h) and 0. 365 9 mg/L respectively in the water temperature of 27. 3~28. 3℃,while 0. 319 9 mg/(g ·h) and 0. 313 1 mg/L, 0. 300 9 mg/(g · h) and 0. 478 4 mg/L respectively in the water temperature of 30.0~31.0℃. There was little variation in the OCR between day and night. The OCR of the small size fingerling was significant higher than the large one. The AP of the small size fingerling was lower than the large one.
