海洋细菌Bacillus pumilus PLM4产抗肿瘤多糖的发酵条件优化研究 被引量:10

摘要 从广西北部湾红树林海洋淤泥中筛选到的海洋细菌Bacillus pumilus PLM4具有产生抗肿瘤多糖的能力。通过单因素试验找到了该海洋细菌产生抗肿瘤多糖的最佳发酵碳源、氮源,分别为可溶性淀粉和牛肉膏,最佳发酵pH和海盐用量分别为pH7.0和6%~10%。通过正交试验XCB.pumilus PLM4产生抗肿瘤多糖的发酵条件进行了优化,其最佳发酵条件为:可溶性淀粉3.0%,牛肉膏1.5%,海盐6.0%,pH7.0,30℃下发酵5d。 Marine Bacillus pumilus PI.M4 isolated from the sea mud collected from mangrove of Beibu Gulf in Guangxi could produce antitumor polysaccharide. Fermentation conditions of marine B. pumilus PLM4 such as carbon source, nitrogen source, initial pH, fermentation temperature, fermentation time, and so on were studied with single factor test and orthogonal design. The results showed that optimum fermentation conditions for the antitumor polysaccharide production of marine B. pumilus PLM4 were 3.0% of soluble starch,1.5% beef extract,6.0% marine salt,pH 7.0,30 ℃, and 5 days for fermentation.
