摘要
在广西不同季节利用西门塔尔牛进行超数排卵及重复超数排卵,并利用广西本地黄牛和杂交黄牛作受体进行胚胎移植。结果表明:超排平均每头次获可用胚胎7.1枚,鲜胚移植受胎率50%,冻胚移植受胎率44.4%。
Superovulation and repeated superovulation with Simmental were conducted in different seasons in Guangxi. The technique and effect of embryo transfer were studied with local yellow cattle and crossbred yellow cattle as the recipients. 7.1 embryos were obtained in superovulation for each in average. The conception rate was 50.0% after embryo transfer with fresh embryo, but just 44.4% with frozen one.
