摘要
采用自动图象分析仪、扫描电镜等现代仪器分析手段,对常压蒸养和高压蒸养的J型泡沫混凝土(JC&JAC)、蒸压铝粉加气混凝土(AAC)的气孔结构进行观测和定量测试,对最大孔径、孔面密度(单位面积上孔的个数)等进行剖析和比较,得出优质多孔混凝土的胶结材料、成孔物质、制作工艺与孔结构的关系,及其对宏观力学性能的影响。试验结果从化学成分、气孔结构角度,较圆满地解释了常压蒸养J型泡沫多孔混凝土的力学性能(如抗压强度、比强度等),接近GB11968-89《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》标准的原因。
This study involves pore structure of J-type steamcuring foamed concrete (JC),J-type autoclaved foaming concrete (JAC ), autoclaved aluminum powder aerated concrete (AAC ) by means of an image analysis microscope and an SEM (Scanning Electron Micrographs). The tests involve porosity, maximum pore diameter, pore size distribution histogram and strength etc. The results show that there is a good relationship between the mechanical property and pore structure. The pore structure of JC and JAC is better than that of AAC. The mechanical properties of JC are superior to that of AAC with the same ovendry unit weight, and close to that of JAC.
