A System-based Study of Corporate Competence

企业是一个大的资源和能力系统,它由实体子系统、管理子系统和知识子系统三个部分组成,而各个子系统又由不同的要素构成;与此同时,企业本身又属于社会环境大系统中的一个小系统。从企业学习与适应的角度来讲,企业能力成长的原因,既有市场环境因素,又是内部自身协调的结果,但关键还是企业内部的协调和相互作用推动了企业能力的提升。

A corporation is a large system of resources and competence , consisting of substantive subsystem , managerial subsystem and knowledge subsystem, which in turn are composed of different factors. In the meantime, a corporation itself is a small system in the large system of social environment. In terms of corporate learning and adaptation, the reasons for corporate growth involve market environment and internal coordination, but the key lies in that internal coordination and interaction stimulate growing corporate competence.
