摘要
批量生产的齿轮箱都要经过噪声检验,以判断噪声质量是否合格,并诊断导致噪声超标或异常的原因。为此,用声强测量法检测齿轮箱的噪声信号,用频谱分析、模式识别、谱峰搜索、倒谱分析等手段,开发了一套齿轮箱噪声故障诊断的专家系统,可以诊断批量生产中齿轮箱噪声超标或异常的原因,为产品的质量控制提供依据。
In gearbox production an accurate method is necessary, by using which the inspectors can not only verify the gearbox noise but also diagnose the faults of unqualified products. The noise signals radiated from the gearbox are picked up by sound intensity measurement. Based on the techniques of spectrum analysis, modal identification, peaks searching and cepstrum analysis, an expert system for diagnosing the noise faults of gearbox has been developed. This system has been checked and accepted by a gear works. It can helps the producer control quality.
