摘要
建立了空间机构间隙滑动副模型。间隙滑动副模型有多种接触模式,全面地给出了间隙滑动副的各种模式。运用力学分析的方法得出了模型每种模式的存在条件,并对其存在的条件给予了证明。得出了滑动副在整个运动期间,由于滑块所受力的变化,各种模式之间会发生转变,但从一种模式到另一种模式的转变是瞬时的,滑块在某种模式运动期间作平动。本研究为间隙转动副的动力学研究提供了基础。
The model of the slide joint with clearances in spatial mechanisms is developed.It contains many kinds of contact modes. All existing modes are described. The existing conditions of each modes are determined with the mechanical method and the existing conditions are proved. Anyone of these modes will be converted into another mode as the variation of the forces during the movement. The conversion from one mode to another is instantaneous. The slider will make the translational motion during the movement in a mode. This work provides the basis for studying the slide joint with clearances.
