择期手术术前不同禁食水时间对血压的影响

The influence of different preoperative fasting time on the changes of arterial pressure

目的择期手术术前禁食、禁水对机体术前平均动脉压的影响。方法随机抽取择期行腰椎间盘髓核摘除术患者120例,于术晨7:00与麻醉诱导开始前各测量并记录1次平均动脉血压,术后调查术前实际禁食禁水时间。结果禁食与术前平均动脉压波动之间相关性无统计学意义(r值=-0.055,P值=0.553);而禁水与术前平均动脉压之间存在负相关(r值=-0.241、P值=0.008)。结论过长禁食可能是导致术前低血压的原因之一;禁水对术前平均动脉压的影响较禁食更显著。在临床护理中,禁食与禁水应区别对待,避免人为造成过度禁水。

Objective To study the influence of different preoperative fast time on the changes of arterial pressure. Methods Selected 120 patients who had accepted the resection of nucleus pulpous of lumbar intervertebral disc. Observed the preoperative fasting time and the changes of arterial pressure carefully. Results There was no significant correlation between the time of forbidden food before operation and the arterial pressure, r = - 0. 055, P = 0. 553. There was significant correlation between the time of forbidden water before operation and the arterial pressure, r = - 0. 241, P = 0. 008. Conclusion The long-term preoperative fasting time maybe the reason of preoperative hypotension. The preoperative forbidden water can influence the preoperative arterial pressure significantly.
