2种方法测量脑卒中患者同侧肢体血压的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨隔单层衣服与裸露上臂测量脑卒中患者肱动脉血压值之间的差异。方法对200例脑卒中患者,用心电监护仪分别在隔单层衣服和裸露上臂的状态测量肱动脉,观察血压值、测血压所耗时间。采用自身对照进行比较。结果2种方法所测量的血压值差异无显著性(P>0.05),隔衣测量血压所用时间显著低于裸露测量血压所耗时间(P<0.01)。结论隔着单层衣服测量肱动脉血压方便准确,适于临床应用。
