论我国中小企业集群化发展选择

我国的中小企业集群在20世纪90年代取得了较快发展,但存在着产业集群不明显、企业间分工协作不够、社会化服务体系不健全等问题。促进我国中小企业集群化发展的思路与对策是政府要站在经济和社会发展的战略高度,重视中小企业集群的培育与发展;深化改革与创新,尽量消除中小企业集群发展过程中的体制障碍;加大对促进中小企业集群公共要素的投入,完善集群内的社会化服务体系建设等。

Our country＇ s SME clusters obtained quick development during the 20th Century 1990s, but the industrial colony is not obvious, the enterprise collaboration and division is insufficient, the socialized service system is not perfect and so on. The ideas and strategies to promote SME cluster development is for the government to stand in the height of the economic and social development strategy, to pay attention to the nurturing and development of SME clusters, to carry out reform and innovation, to remove the institutional barriers in the process of SME cluster development, to increase public input of the SME clusters, and to improve the Clusters＇ social service system, etc.
