当前学生思想政治教育工作中存在着一些不容忽视的问题和不足,解决的办法一是分析现状,牢固树立育人为本、德育为先的教育理念;二是优化师资,充分发挥学校在学生思想政治教育中的主渠道作用;三是加强领导,通力协作,建立和完善学生思想政治教育工作的长效机制。
