土壤中植物必需的微量营养元素的供给以及有害元素的毒性大小并不仅仅与元素的总量有关,而取决于元素的有效性。文章论述了元素生物有效性的含义,介绍了元素有效性的研究方法,即连续偏提取法和单提取法,并对一些相关问题进行了深入的分析讨论。
The essential micronutrients to plants and phytotoxicity of toxic heavy metals are not related merely to the total concentrations but depend on their availability in soils. The paper dissertates the conception of element bioavailability ,introduces the method of sequential extraction and single extraction to reveal element availability, reviews some problems profoundly correlated with element bioavailability
