摘要
上海石化股份公司重油催化裂化装置以大庆减压渣油(实际是85%大庆原油+15%黄岛原油经常减压蒸馏所得)为主要原料,残炭值高。为此,在设计中采用了一些新技术。装置自1995年4月投产后,连续运行情况良好。初期装置按生产能力分别为0.8 Mt/a和1Mt/a两种方案进行了标定。分析了以掺炼大庆减压渣油为主的重油催化裂化装置的一些重要工艺技术。
The vacuum residue of the mixed crude (containing 85% Daqing crude and 15% Huang-daocrude) with high carbon residue was used as main feedstock of RFCCU in Shanghai Petrochemical Co. . New techniques have been adopted in the design. As a result, the unit runs smoothly since its start-up in April, 1995. Two options in accordance with unit capacities 800000t/yr and 1000000t/yr were evaluated respectively. The important technologies of RFCCU mainly processing blended Daqing vacuum residue were analyzed.
