注活化剂脱硫醇技术在重油催化裂化联合装置上的应用

摘要 长岭炼化总厂梅洛克斯两步法脱硫醇工艺流程改进后,在固定床反应器入口增加了活化剂注入线,在该装置上进行了汽油脱臭实验。博士试验合格率大大提高,90号以上汽油生产比例增加。减少了碱消耗和碱渣量,因而减轻了环境污染。简化了流程,降低了操作人员劳动强度,提高了装置的综合经济效益。 After revamping of the Merox two-step sweetening unit of the Changling General Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Works, an activator injection line was added at the fixed bed reactor inlet for the gasoline sweetening test, The results showed that the percentage of qualified gasoline samples passed through Doctor test was greatly enhanced and the percentage of produced gasoline of grade higher than 90 increased. The environmental pollution was decreased by the reduction of caustic consumption and caustic sludge generation. The process scheme was simplified, and the labor intensity of operating personnel reduced, while the comprehensive profitability increased.
