摘要
分析了管道内壁使用防腐涂层对不同油品降低管道压力降的效果以及对延长管道使用寿命、减少结蜡和积垢、防止介质的污染、减少管道使用时的污水量等所起的作用。对由此而产生的耗电、折旧、维修、施工和管理等方面的费用节省作了技术经济分析,并对防腐涂料的选择、施工和质量检测作了简要介绍。
Based on calculation, effects of pipeline inner anti-corrosive coating on the reduction of pipeline pressure drop with respect to different oil products and its roles in prolongation of pipeline service life, reduction of wax deposition and foul scaling, prevention of medium contamination, reduction of wastewater amount etc. were analyzed. Techno-economical analysis of cost-savings on electricity consumption, depreciation, maintenance , construction and management, etc. were given. In addition, selection, construction and quality evaluation of pipeline inner anti-corrosive coating were briefly introduced.
