多媒体技术为健美操教学提供了一种全新的平台和工具,对健美操教学起到了积极的促进作用,同时也存在着一些值得思考的问题。本文在总结多媒体技术应用于健美操教学实践的经验基础上,结合健美操教育及教学的特殊性及其基本规律进行了理性的探索,力图充分利用现代多媒体技术更好地服务于健美操教学。

As a new means,multimedia technology is of great help in the teaching of aerobics.But at the same time,it arouses some problems that need further consideration.This paper,based on the summary of the application of this technology in aerobics teaching practice,probes into the speciality and the basic principles of this cause,discusses how to make better use of this technology in the course of teaching
