摘要
为探讨姿势对脑血流速度(cerebral blood flow velocity,CBFV)的影响,应用CBS—II经颅多普勒诊断系统,分别在卧位、坐位、蹲位和站位安静时,对20名男女大学生的大脑中动脉平均血流速度(MCAVmean)进行了检测,并对检测值进行了方差分析。得出不同的姿势对脑血流速度的影响不同,由一种姿势转换成另一种姿势时,脑血流速度会发生显著的变化的结论。
Objective: To investigate the effect of posture on cerebral blood flow velocity, we employ the methods belowed: In twenty male and female college students, middle cerebral artery mean blood flow velocity (MCAVmean) was evaluated by using CBS - Ⅱ transcranial Doppler at rest in the supine, in the sitting, in the squatting and in the standing position respectively. The measured values were analysed by analysis of variance, Results: MCAVmean is 61.71 ± 5.93cm·s^-1,54.49±6.58 cm·s^-1,49.82 ± 5.62 cm·s^-1 and 39.84±5.55 cm·s^-1 at rest in the supine, in the sitting, in the squatting and in the standing position respectively. MCAVmean is highest at rest in the supine position and is lowest at rest in the standing position among four different position. In male and female subjects , difference of MCAVmean at rest in the sitting position from in the squatting position, and in male subjects, difference of MCAVmean at rest in the supine position from in the sitting position are not significant ( P 〉 0.05). Difference of MCAVmean at rest between the other position is significant( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Different posture affects cerebral blood flow velocity differently. Cerebral blood flow velocity will change significantly when one posture shifts to another one.
