摘要
通过对运动员的过度训练后心理调查,分析出他们产生身心疲劳、自信心差、记忆力下降、不思茶饭的原因,采取相应的心理助疗方法并介绍了七种心理训练方法:1.静思颐养法;2.耳部按摩法;3.提腿摸膝法;4.想象放松法;5.音乐疗法;6.呼吸练习;7.身体放松法。旨在让运动员在大运动量训练后能通过心理疗法来加速身心的恢复,以便更好地投入到今后的训练和学习中。
This paper investigates athletes'psychology and analyses the causes of their fatigue, lack of self- confidence, deteriorating memory and poor appetite.The authors offers eorrespending therapy for each symptom. The therapies include 7 practices respectively: introspection, ear massage, leg lit - ing, imaginative relaxation, music therapy, breathing exercises and body relaxation. The purpose of these practices is to make athletes have a quicker recovery after intensive training so as to do their future study and training well.
