摘要
我国原油大多具有多蜡高凝的特性,在正常情况下,一般采用加热输送工艺,如果输量偏低,则需正反输,输送工艺复杂,燃油消耗量大,既不经济又不安全。中国石油天然气管道科学研究院根据我国原油理化特性和降凝剂与石蜡相互作用的机理,通过对原油中石蜡、微晶蜡、胶质、沥青质等含量和成分分析,根据降凝剂与石蜡共晶、吸附理论,选择各物料之间合理的投料比,严格控制聚合反应工艺条件,经过大量室内试验、中试和放大,合成出对多种原油具有明显降凝、降粘效果的GY-2型降凝剂。
Crude oil in China mostly have high waxy and solidifiable behavior .generally,the heated oil transportation process is adopted to handle these viscous crude oil. The technique of forward transportation and reverse pumping is sometimes necessary in the condition of low throughput. However,this kind of technique is neither economy nor safety due to its complicated operation and big fuel oil consumption. According to the physical and chemical properties of crude oil and the interaction mechanism between depressant and wax,analyses for compositons and contents of wax, microwax,gum and asphaltene in the crude oil have been made by China Oil and Gas Pipeline Science Institute (PSI). A reasonable synthesis ratio is selected among various materials according to the characteristics of depressant and wax which are eutectic and adsorbable. By means of laboratory tests, pilot testing and amplification tests with the polyaction condition strictly controlled, the GY-2 oil depressant has been synthesised by PSI. It is proved that this depressant has remarkable effectiveness of reducing the pour point and viscosity of crude oil.
