The Electricity Design of Automobile Fuelling Station

在已建的汽车加油站中,有的设计与规范不符,有的安全性不够或安全有余,造成浪费。参照国家标准对加油站有关的配电、接地、防雷系统中存在的问题进行了说明。加油站的电源进线很少采用充砂电缆沟的敷设方式,而且,配电线路绝不能与油品管道同沟敷设,电缆应采用铜芯,其截面不小于2.5mm^2,不能按加油机的负荷(一般为0.8kW)大小选择电缆截面。照明灯具宜选用保护型,不用防爆型。加油机应采用专门接地线,电气设备的接地电阻不大于10Ω。当罐车卸油时应设置防静电接地装置,接地电阻不大于100Ω。加油站的防雷设计包括钢油罐的防雷和加油棚防直击雷两点。

There are some problems found in the built automobile fuelling stations,such as unidentities between the design and standard,low safety or excessive safety. Refering to the National Standards of China,the description has been made for the problems exsited in the electric distribution, earth and lightning-proof system of automobile fuelling stations. For automobile fuelling stations, power incoming can seldom be laid down in sand-filled trench,and distribution feeder must not be laid down with product pipeline in one trench;the cable which is made of copper core should be used,and cross section of the core is no less than 2. 5 mm2. The cross section of core can not be selected according to the load (generally 0. 8 kW)of fuelling machine. The lighting fixture should properly select the protection type lighting fixture instead of explosion-proof type lighting fixture. The special ground line should be used for fuelling machine,the earth resistance of electric e-quipment is no more than 10 Ω. Antistatic earthing device should be installed during tanker unloading, the earth resistance of the device is no more than 100 Ω. The lightning arresting design for the fuelling station includes the two points,lightning arresting of steel tanks and direct-lightning arresting of fuelling room. It is pointed out that the design of lightning arresting for steel tanks is necessary and it is unnecessary to intall lightning arrestors.
