摘要
以往热油管道的工艺计算大多采用是平均温度法。由于该方法的热力及水力计算是在一个确定的平均温度基础上进行的,且在该温度下将与油流温度相关的物性参数视为定值,与实际热油管道的温降规律不相符合。其计算结果也与工程实际存在着较大偏差。为提高计算精度,充分考虑了油流温度对物性的动态影响,同时计入了摩擦热对沿程温降的影响,并运用数值积分的方法进行了求解。计算结果表明该方法可满足一般管道工程计算的精度要求。
A method used in calculating hot oil pipeline was average temperature method before. Because heat and hydraulic calculation of the method was based on the value of average temperature and the physical performance parameters were thought to be constants, the old method conflicts with the temperature drop law of actual pipework and the calculation error was great. The dynamic effect of temperature change on the physical properties of oil was taken account, the effect of friction heat on temperature drop was also considered, and meanwhile, the numerical integration method is used in evaluation in order to raise calculation accuracy. The calculation results demonstrate that this method can satisfy the required accuracy of common pipework.
