熊彼特的创新理论认为,只有企业家的盈利活动才是创新,是经济主义创新观。技术主义创新观是经济主义创新观的延伸。这两种创新观的局限性源于经济主义发展观与技术主义发展观。贯彻科学发展观要求超越传统创新观,倡导全面创新观。

Innovation theory of Schumpeter believes that the only meaning of innovation is those profitable activities made by entrepreneurs, which is also deemed as an innovation view is an extension to economism innovation view. The limitation of the both two innovation views is originated from the development view of economism and technicism. Therefore, to carry out scientific development view requires exceeding the traditional innovation view while advocating an innovation view in a comprehensive manner.
