当市场经济已经成为全世界各民族经济以及人类发展的必由之路时,这个世界的经济秩序如何确立、如何维护就必然是全世界各民族也就是人类共同的问题。从而,世界性的经济秩序的形成,就是世界经济真正一体化的实现。WTO,IMF,WB等全球性经济组织乃至区域性的经济联盟诸如EU的理性在于———在实质上必须也必然成为全球性或区域性公共产品的提供者,以促进世界各国经济的良性运行,促成全球经济秩序的形成,抵御并降解世界经济风险及其危机的发生。因此,中国的金融制度不可能超然物外,而只能应时而变。

As the market economy has become each nation of whole world economy and mankind development necessarily from its road, how the economic order of this world is establishment, and how to support it which is each nation a human common problem. The global economic organization has becoming the promoter of the public product such as WTO, IMF, WB, also the EU that in the world or local area to promote the economic positive movement in international community, help realize the formation of the economic order in world and, resist to minimize the dangers of economic crisis. It is impossible that exceedingly insular to the reform of Chinese financial system, but can be improved with each passing day.
