高校扩招后心理健康教育体系的再建构——心理健康教育三级网络模式

To Construct Mental Health Education Newly after College Enrollment Enlargement

伴随着高校扩招所引起的大学生群体出现的新的心理问题及心理健康教育师资的相对紧张,必须对已有的心理健康教育体系进行重新建构。文章提出了心理健康教育三级网络模式:由专业人员构成的一级网络,由辅导员或班主任构成的二级网络,由朋辈咨询与校外专业机构构成的三级网络。三级网络模式在扩招新形式下能够有效地促进大学生心理健康教育有序地开展。

With the college enrollment enlargement, the new mental disorders of the college students appear. At the same time, it is short of teachers working at this field. It is necessary to construct a new model to resolve the two problems. The article put forward 3-standings net model of mental health education. The first standing net is consisted of professionals, the second standing net is consisted of coaches, the third standing is consisted of peer-counseling and professional agencies outside the college. This model can promote the development of mental health education effectively in the situation of college enrollment enlargement.
