摘要
在对高职高专职业指导教师队伍现状及存在的问题分析的基础上,提出了一系列有利于高职高专职业指导教师队伍建设的合理化建议。
Based on analyzing the present situation of and problems existing in the teacher ranks of professional guidance in the higher vocational colleges, this paper advances a series of rational suggestions being beneficial to the construction of the teacher ranks of professional guidance in the higher vocational colleges.
