摘要
在初步分析了薄叶红厚壳药材的化学成分的基础上,对其进行了薄层色谱法(TLC)、紫外吸收光谱法(UV)和傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)的图谱研究.本法简单,可靠,既可作为薄叶红厚壳质量控制标准,也为其进一步开发利用提供了科学依据.
To establish a fingerprint of Calophyllum membranaceum Gardn.et Champ for identifying and evaluating its quality, the chemical constituents were preliminarily analyzed, and the fingerprint of Calophyllum membranaceum Gardn.et Champ was established by the thin layer chromatography （TLC） technique, ultraviolet spectra （UV）, infrared spectra （IR）. This method is simple, accuFate and can be used as a quality control of other Chinese herbal medicine.
