摘要
针对二连地区蒙古林油藏中孔、中高渗、低温(35—40℃)特点,研制了由聚丙烯酰胺、胺基树脂、两种交联剂组成的水基凝胶体系,用于该油藏注水井的调剖。含0.8%—1.0%聚丙烯酰胺、0.8%—1.0%胺基树脂的体系在50℃放置6天,形成的凝胶粘度达100Pa·s以上。在蒙古林砂岩油藏北断块数十口注水井使用这种调剖剂进行单井调剖和区块整体调剖,获得了良好的增油减水或稳水效果。该调剖技术目前仍在推广应用。
An aqueous gelling system is developed for use in injectivity profile modification of water injection wells in low temperature (35-40℃), medium porosity and medium high permeability sandstone reservoirs in Monggulin, Erlian. It is a mixed solution of a HPAM and an amino resin crosslinked by two chemicals. The gel of 0.8-1.0% HPAM and 0.8-1.0% amino resin formed at 50℃ in 6 days has viscosity >100Pa·s. This profile modificator has been applied to several tens injection wells of North Block of Monggulin sandstone reservoirs, Erlian, more than 100 well times both in single well treatments and in an all bock stimulation object including profile modification for wells with PI value <5MPa since 1993.
