摘要
用5年时间,检测甘肃省皇城羊场1812只周岁育成母羊羊毛纤维直径,按照不同的细度支数追溯观察和比较这些羊只早期生长发育与周岁重要育种指标与生产性能,评价超细毛羊在高寒地区的适应性和饲养前景。结果表明:超细型(羊毛纤维直径13.84~17.99μm)母羊在高、低两种饲养水平下,120日龄校正断奶重分别达到26.22kg和25.09kg,断奶前日增重分别达到193.19g/d和186.98g/d,细度支数的不同没有明显影响羔羊早期生长发育。超细型母羊与其它细度支数母羊相比,肉眼被毛密度评分、剪毛前体重、腹毛长、污毛量明显较低,但周岁时体侧毛长、剪毛后体重和净毛量分别达到9.82cm、34.18kg和2.18kg,与其它组无明显差异(P〉0.05),周岁时羊毛平均纤维直径达到17.03μm,羊毛油汗颜色评分明显高于其它组(P〈0.05),净毛率达到53.24%,为4组中最高。表明超细型羊在高寒地区能够正常生长发育,生产能力能够正常发挥,效益明显,饲养前景乐观。
During 5 years, 1812 mid-side samples were collected from hogget ewes of Gansu Alpine finewool Sheep. The fiber diameter was measured by LASERSCAN imported from Australia and comparison were made to observe the difference of the growing traits at-and-before weaning and the production performances when they were 14-months old among those groups divided in terms of their quality number of wool fineness. The results showed that the wool fineness group didn't significantly influence the growth traits of the lambs(P〉0. 05), with the superfine wool group's adjusted 120-day weaning weight reached 25.09kg and 26.22kg respectively for designed common and better supplement management flocks, with the adg reached 186.98g/d and 193.19g/d respectively for designed common and better supplement management flocks. Although the wool density mark, liveweight before shearing, staple length in belly and greasy fleece weight of the superfine group remained the lowest among the groups, the quality mark of wool suint (P〈0. 05) and wool yield(53.24%, P〉0. 05) were the best among the 4 groups. The average fiber diameter of superfine wool group was 17.03 microns. The results demonstrated that the superfine wool Sheep could grow and develop normally in this high and cold region with no significant difference on important economical and breeding traits among the four groups.
