牛一联合站高含水混合原油的化学脱水 被引量:3

摘要 辽河油田茨榆坨采油厂牛一联合站处理高含水(80%—90%)、物性相差很大的多种原油(稠油、稀油)混合物时,原用破乳剂脱水效果不佳。使用水溶性的多支链三嵌段聚醚破乳剂((LB1)和油溶性的高分子量多支链破乳剂(AJ8511)的复配物(代号LH1,加量40mg/l),使牛一联合站输出的净化原油含水<0.3%,输往污水岗的污水含油<30mg/l,含机杂<10mg/l。 The accumulation of interlayered emulsions between oil and water layers in overflow precipitation tank of chemically dehydration system of Changqing Oil Fields is described and its hazards for crude oil dehydration are stated. Through centrifugation and dissolution precipitation procedures the composition of such emulsions, fresh and aged, is determined. As all demulsifiers commonly used in Changqing are useless, a series of specialty demulsifiers, JX, is developed and with a best one at use level 0.25% at elevated temperature 60℃ ~90% water is removed but all the mechanical admixtures (MAs) are left in the crude oil obtained. 92% water and 90% MAs are removed by demulsifying with 0.1% JX 1 and centrifugalizing the interlayer emulsion in laboratory. In a pilot test demulsifying the interlayer emulsion with 0.01% JX 1 and flowing through a liquid cyclone of diameter 50mm result in purified crude containing 2% water and 1.0% MAs and waste water containing 5% oil and 1.6% MAs with practically whole sediment of inorganic origin.
