低渗透率油层聚合物驱油特点及效果

摘要 本文介绍了尚未结束的萨北厚层试验区萨Ⅱ10-16低渗透率油层聚合物驱油的效果和“一高二低一快”的特点,即注入压力高,产液指数低,生产流压低,中心井含水率回升速度快。 The dehydration of an artificial, polymer containing produced fluid and a real produced fluid in East Unit of Block Jin 18, Liaohe, by using some commercial and one specially prepared demulsifiers is investigated in laboratory in relation to polymer concentration (in range 0-1000 ppm), dehydration temperature (45-70℃), precipitation time (0-90 min), demulsifier use lever (50-1000 ppm), etc. The crude of this Unit is viscous (80.57 mPa·s at 25℃) and heavy (ρ=0.9317g/cm 3). Some tendencies in chemical dehydration of the produced fluid are observed. To reach dehydrating rate high enough and high quality of separated water, it is necessary to use a demulsifier in level as high as 600 ppm for a real produced fluid of polymer content 480 ppm.
