摘要
目的为了减少半刚性基层沥青路面的反射裂缝,研究半刚性基层混合料的温缩与干缩性能.方法根据室内温缩与干缩试验及试验路段验证,对比分析了采用不同水泥剂量的水泥稳定砂砾混合料的工作性能.结果得到了不同水泥剂量下的温缩与干缩曲线,在试验路段调查数据的基础上,确定了混合料的温缩与干缩的变化规律,提出了水泥剂量对半刚性沥青路面反射裂缝的出现有明显的影响.当水泥剂量为3%时可以有效的减少路面反射裂缝的产生并且能够保证路面的强度.结论水泥剂量对水泥稳定砂砾混合料的温缩与干缩影响明显,随着水泥剂量的增加,混合料的温缩与干缩显著,并且以干缩为主.
In order to reduce the reflection cracking in semi-rigidity base course, the performance of shrinkage of temperature and moisture were studied through the STM test with different cement dosage. Combining STM curves of in-door test results with cracking conditions of in-site road section, the study shows that cement dosage has direct influence on the cracking developing condition for semi-rigidity base course, and the reasonable cement dosage, which is 3 percent, is given in the paper.
