摘要
将不同成熟度的桔梗种子用0.396的KMnO4水溶液浸泡24h,对照用水浸泡24h,按常规方法进行发芽试验,并分析KMnO4对桔梗种子发芽率的影响.结果表明:KMnO4可明显降低对成熟度高的种子5d内的发芽率,但可明显提高6~7d内的种子发芽率,对8~9d内发芽的种子略有提高;对成熟度低的种子发芽率有明显提高作用.
Soaked the different mature degrees Platycodon grandiflorun seeds with 3% KMnO4 solution for 24 hours , and the check was soaked with water for 24 hours. The goutine method was used to measure their germination percentage. The results showed that KMnO4 obvious reduced the germinative rate of high mature seeds in 5 days , but no obvious effect on increasing the germinative rate of the seeds which germinated in 6- 7 days, and increased a little to the seeds which germinated in 8- 9 days, and it could obvious increase the germinative rate of low mature degree seeds.
